RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products and applicable food safety and hygiene regulations, returns are not accepted once products are delivered.

This is standard practice across the food industry to ensure product safety, quality, and hygiene for all customers.


2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a full refund or free replacement under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Product – Item arrived broken or physically damaged

  2. Spoiled Product – Item is stale, expired, or unfit for consumption

  3. Wrong Product – Incorrect item delivered

  4. Missing Items – One or more items missing from the order

  5. Tampered Packaging – Seal is broken or packaging is compromised


3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To raise a request:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear images of the product

    • Image of outer packaging

    • Description of the issue

  4. Claims are reviewed within 24 hours

  5. Upon approval, refund or replacement will be processed


4. Refund Timelines

After approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • UPI: 1–3 business days

  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–7 business days

  • Net Banking: 5–10 business days

  • Wallets: 2–4 business days


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For COD orders, refunds are processed via:

  • UPI transfer

  • Bank transfer

Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval


6. Order Cancellation

  • Before dispatch: Full cancellation and refund available

  • After dispatch: Cancellation not allowed

  • Refused prepaid orders: Refund processed after return, shipping charges may be deducted


7. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds/replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Product is opened or consumed

  • Request raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • No valid proof (images/details) provided

  • Product not liked (taste preference)

  • Incorrect order placed by customer

  • Change of mind after delivery


8. Quality Assurance

All products are:

  • Manufactured in FSSAI-licensed facilities

  • Packed in food-grade sealed packaging

  • Quality-checked before dispatch
