  • “You”, “User”, “Customer” refers to the person using this website

  • “Website” refers to cropeo.in

  • “Products” refers to all items sold on the website

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

4. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes

  • Product images are for representation; actual product may vary

  • Prices may change without prior notice

  • Confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities

5. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure accuracy of product details. However:

  • Information may not always be complete or error-free

  • In case of discrepancy, product packaging details prevail

6. Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase

  • Order confirmation does not mean acceptance

  • Acceptance occurs when the order is shipped

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Fraud suspicion

  • Incorrect customer information

If cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Accepted methods:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
We do not store payment credentials.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available at select pincodes

  • Limit: ₹2,000 per order

  • ₹30 handling fee may apply

10. Returns & Refunds

Food products are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds/replacements are provided for eligible cases such as damage or incorrect items.

11. Food Safety

  • Products are manufactured in FSSAI-licensed facilities

  • FSSAI License No: [FSSAI LICENSE NUMBER]

Customers must:

  • Check ingredients and allergens

  • Follow storage instructions

  • Consume before expiry

We are not liable for allergic reactions where information is clearly disclosed.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content (brand, logo, images, text, design) is owned by Cropeo.

No content may be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to:
