SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India through our logistics partners. Delivery availability is subject to serviceability at your pincode.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Bangalore: 2–3 business days

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 cities: 4–6 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days

  • Remote locations & Northeast India: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location and courier operations.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹499: Free shipping (Prepaid & COD)

  • Orders below ₹499: ₹49 flat shipping fee

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹30 additional handling charge


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available on orders up to ₹2,000

  • Available only for select pincodes

  • Availability is shown at checkout


6. Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS after placing your order.


7. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link


8. Packaging

All products are packed in food-grade, sealed packaging to ensure hygiene, freshness, and safe delivery.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If undelivered, the order will be returned to us

Refunds:

  • Prepaid orders: Full refund within 7–10 business days

  • COD orders: No charges applied


10. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.


11. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays or festivals

  • High order volumes

  • Courier partner issues

  • Unforeseen circumstances

We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed in case of significant delays.


12. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as per our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible cases will be resolved via replacement or refund.
